May 25th, 20235/25/2023 Week 9 is an off week again to give my legs a little bit of a break. Week 64/18/2023 This week I ran a mile and got a time of 5:17. As we near to our goal of under 5 minutes flat I've ran up against an obstacle with my practices and games leaving my body overly exhausted and too sore to run. This will require me to eat more giving my body more energy to do all the things I need to do.

Week 54/18/2023 This week I have been focusing on leg exercises much less running the mile just to give my legs a little break. An exercise I found to be quite helpful is putting a elastic band on the outside of my leg and slowly pushing my legs out then retracting. I've also worked on box jumps to help get longer strides while running hopefully to improve our time.

Week 3:3/15/2023 This week I ran a 5:47 mile, my spreadsheet contains the week and the time a ran that week, this is what it looks like so far. Though the data shows we went down we don't have to worry about it because we got more weeks to come.
